Cancel your membership.

Sorry that you have decided to cancel your membership. We understand that circumstances change but would like you to know that you are always welcome back at Golden Valley CrossFit.

If you’d like to temporarily pause your membership for up to 3 months, you can do so here.

1. 30 days notice prior to cancellation is required. This will begin on the date you submit your cancellation form. All payments during this time are taken in full.

2. If you decide to reactivate your membership in the future membership rates in effect at the time of reactivation will be applicable as membership rates are subject to change.

3. If you’re sure you’d like to cancel, just complete and submit the form. This will serve as your 30 days notice. Note that if you have a scheduled renewal payment within this 30 day period, the payment will be taken in full, and your membership will run until the end of that billing period.

4. 6 and 12 month paid-in-full memberships are non-refundable.
