Automatic renewal

I understand that at the conclusion of my agreed membership period, my membership will automatically renew for the same period unless I have requested otherwise.

Late cancellation/no-show policy

I understand that I am required to give at least 2 hours notice when cancelling a reservation.

I understand that on a limited attendance membership plan, if I cancel late, or do not show up for my reservation, I will lose the class credit

Membership cancellation policy

I understand that if I choose to cancel my membership a cancellation request form must be completed at goldenvalleycrossfit.com/cancel-your-membership.

I understand 30 days notice is required and any invoices scheduled to charge within that 30 day window will be billed in full.

I understand that termination of my membership before the end of a contracted period will result in an early cancellation fee.

Membership pause policy

I understand that a membership pause request form must be completed at goldenvalleycrossfit.com/pause-your-membership and I can do so for up to 3 months per calendar year.

I understand that pause requests must be submitted no less than 5 business days before my upcoming scheduled membership payment.

I understand that my membership and payments will resume automatically upon expiration of the pause period I have selected, and the agreement duration will be extended for the amount of the pause time period requested.

I understand that if I cancel my membership during the pause period, the cancellation policy agreed to above applies.
